本プライバシーポリシーは、デスクトップアプリケーション「Vantage3D」(以下「本アプリ」)における 利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは Windows 向けの 3D 編集ソフトウェアです。
本アプリは、以下を含むいかなる情報も収集・送信しません。
本アプリはインターネットへの接続を一切行いません。すべての機能はお使いのコンピューター上で 完結して動作します。
本アプリは、利用者が明示的に「開く」「保存」「インポート」「エクスポート」操作で指定した
3D データファイル(.v3d / .obj / .stl)のみを、
ローカルストレージ上で読み書きします。これらのファイルが外部に送信されることはありません。
本アプリは情報を収集しないため、第三者に提供・販売・共有される利用者の情報は存在しません。 本アプリにサードパーティ製の解析ツール・広告 SDK は組み込まれていません。
本アプリを Microsoft Store 経由で取得した場合、ダウンロード数などの統計情報が Microsoft によって 収集されることがあります。これらは Microsoft のプライバシーステートメントに従って取り扱われ、 本アプリの開発者が個人を特定できる形で受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは情報を一切収集しないため、13歳未満の子どもを含むすべての利用者の個人情報を 取得することはありません。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページにて改定版を公表します。重要な変更がある場合は、 アプリの更新情報等で告知します。

This Privacy Policy describes how the desktop application "Vantage3D" (the "App"), a 3D editing software for Windows, handles user information.
The App does not collect or transmit any information, including:
The App never connects to the internet. All features run entirely on your computer.
The App reads and writes only the 3D data files (.v3d / .obj /
.stl) that you explicitly choose via Open, Save, Import, or Export operations,
on your local storage. These files are never transmitted anywhere.
Because the App collects no data, there is no user information to share, sell, or disclose to third parties. The App contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
If you obtain the App through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft may collect statistics such as download counts. Such data is handled under the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and the developer of the App never receives it in a personally identifiable form.
The App does not collect any information from any user, including children under 13.
Any revision of this policy will be published on this page. Significant changes will be announced through app release notes.
